Payment & Refund Policy

All coaching sessions, packages, courses, and digital products must be paid in full at checkout unless otherwise arranged.

Refunds

• Digital downloads, ebooks, templates, and courses are non-refundable.

• Coaching sessions are refundable only if canceled within 24 hours of purchase and not yet scheduled.
   

Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Missed appointments are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
   

Packages

Coaching packages expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated.
